At Ambriz Jewelry your happiness is our priority and we will do our best to make your personalized gift giving fast & easy.

We guarantee that the item you purchase is free of product defects or manufacturing errors. If your piece is not 100% free of defects in material or workmanship, you may return it in its original packaging for a prompt redo, exchange or refund. If this should occur, we ask that you return the item within 180 days from the time of purchase in new condition, with its original packaging for a prompt service.

We ask that you ship through the US Post office and that you insure your package. We can not be responsible for lost or damage shipments. You can reuse the yellow envelope and add our address. The cost for first class with insurance should be no more 7.50. Which we will gladly refund, if the error was ours. If you plan to use another carrier please call because we do travel.

If you are exchanging an item that is not personalized we will charge shipping. But, if we need to redo the length on a bracelet or necklace we will not charge to redo the piece, we charge 7.50, just for shipping. If you have ordered a piece that is not personalized and you would like a refund, we will gladly refund you the item, minus cost of shipping.

We always strive to make our customers happy. Before you submit a personalized order please review it carefully. Once an order has been submitted, we offer no refunds, cancellations or exchanges on pieces we have already made.

When you buy from Ambriz Jewelry, you are buying directly from the artist and manufacturer of the piece. Our jewelry is homegrown. Each piece is made from our hands to yours, so understandably there may be slight variations in spacing or depth of letters when stamping. When we hand cut the piece each letter is hand carved with a jewelers coping saw and done free hand, so there may be variations that create character. We do not mass produce or manufacture our work, each piece is an original May have variations, but we consider this to be part of the charm in wearing an original piece of handcrafted jewelry.
